Most Disliked
Some guests report that during peak hours, service can lag a bit, especially on busy Saturday mornings. While the food is generally praised for its quality, a few patrons note that the wait for a table can be longer than expected when the restaurant fills up. Despite the exceptional flavors, a couple of reviews mention a desire for a more extensive menu with additional healthy options. Additionally, during lunch hours, the restaurant experiences higher traffic levels, which could lead to a bustling atmosphere that might not appeal to everyone.

Found this gem while driving on route 4 to Prince Frederick, Maryland. Stopped and ordered takeout. It was ready super fast. By far the best breakfast sandwich sandwiches both me and my husband have had in ages! He had the half smoke American and cheese on their fresh rye bread. I had ham egg and American cheese on the croissant. Highly recommended

Co-worker bought me breakfast from here....did NOT disappoint. I am a person that puts sauce on everything. Not this breakfast. Over med eggs, homefries (onions& peppers), bacon and white toast. Washed that down with a perfectly made cup of half sweet half unsweetened tea. I am excited to try this place again!

Called ahead for a party of 7 at lunch, they had a table ready for us in short order. So many delicious homemade options- best egg salad I’ve ever tasted, the chicken salad was very nice, perfectly cooked crinkle fries, and excellent sweet ice tea! Great service, friendly staff- highly recommend!

We went for breakfast, and the food was so fresh, and tasted great! They need more servers so it was a bit slow, but the food was so good it didn't matter.

We were on our way to the Old Towne Inn after Zumba class, bit stumbled on Marlboro Grille and decided to go there instead. The food was delicious. I ordered the French toast plater which came with bacon and eggs. I also ordered a side of grits with cheese. The service was a bit slow, but our server was friendly. Once she got to us, our food came quickly. They close at 2 p.m. on Saturdays. We got their around noon. You might want to get there early as they ran out of some menu items.

Food, service and atmosphere were quite appealing. I will return soon, and recommend it to friends and family. This quiet kept family owned diner in the Upper Marlboro community serves as a great alternative to the more popular, busy, long-wait-to-be-seated, options in neighboring towns.
